German Acorn Dagger
As sturdy as an oak, this attractive dagger features a beautifully designed hilt. Graceful acorn shapes form the pommel and the finials at the tips of the elegantly downturned guard. Although the original was probably German in origin, it is a type that would be used all through Europe and most likely dates from the mid-16th century. The high carbon steel blade is framed with hardwood grips. Includes leather sheath. Overall- 18" * Blade- 13" long, 1 1/8" wide * Wt.- 3/4 lbs. This dagger can be seen in the book, "European Daggers" by Bashford Dean.

German Rapier Matching Dagger

Often they were, as the use of the Main Gauche was widespread all through Europe at this time. We've created this dagger to perfectly compliment the German Rapier, with a matching pommel and guard that shares the rapier's flared, squared tips. Scabbard included. Overall- 17 3/4" * Blade- 12 3/4" long, 1 1/4" wide * Wt.- 12 oz.
